Imagine how fun it would be to drop a stack of paper into the big bad wolf’s greedy paws. Or artfully toss a can into the official Seattle Seahawks recycling bin.

King County in Seattle, Washington launched a Recycle More campaign in 2007 that involved the very novel idea of dressing up their plain ole’ green recycling containers. The goal of the program was to encourage residents to think twice about what they’re actually throwing away, and reduce the amount of recyclables seen in landfills.
